Return Policy<\/h2>\n

Return Material Authorization (RMA)<\/h3>\n

This Return Policy applies to general Atten2 customers. For specific inquiries, please contact your Sales Representative.<\/p>\n

RMA Authorization:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • All returns must be authorized with an RMA number issued by Atten2.<\/li>\n
  • To obtain an RMA, complete and submit the form available on the Atten2 website.<\/li>\n
  • Returns without an RMA number will be rejected.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Validity<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

    • RMA numbers are valid for 60 days from the issuance date. Customers must return the product within this period.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Shipping<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

        \n
      • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including outbound freight for out-of-warranty products. Shipping charges are non-refundable.<\/li>\n
      • Atten2 is not liable for loss or theft during transit. Use a trackable shipping method.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Material Specifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        • Only items listed in the RMA request can be returned. Additional items will be returned at the customer\u2019s expense.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Repair Report:<\/strong><\/p>\n

          • Products returned to Atten2 include a “Repair Report” detailing the results of the repair.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Custody of Products:<\/strong><\/p>\n

            Products under repair will be retained for three months while awaiting customer response to a repair quotation. Customers will receive a notification before the retention period expires. Failure to respond within this period will result in the closure of the RMA and product return at the customer\u2019s expense.<\/p>\n

              Custom Orders:<\/strong><\/p>\n

              • Custom orders are non-returnable and non-cancellable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Atten2 reserves the right to revise this policy without notice.<\/p>\n

                Packaging: <\/strong><\/p>\n

                • Products must be appropriately packaged, preferably in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for ensuring proper packaging for warranty returns.<\/li>\n
                • The use of non-conforming packaging materials, especially non-reusable plastics, may result in additional charges due to customs regulations and the Special Tax on Non-Reusable Plastic Packaging, in force in Spain since January 1, 2023. This tax applies to non-reusable plastic packaging, with a rate of \u20ac0.45 per kilogram of non-recycled plastic content.<\/li>\n
                • To avoid these charges and comply with environmental regulations, we strongly encourage the use of paper and cardboard packaging.<\/li>\n
                • Only the device should be returned, without any accessories, and accompanied by a printed copy of the RMA form.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Customers agree that the information submitted is accurate and complete. Data storage and security follow the same standards applied in our HubSpot forms, ensuring transparency and compliance.<\/p>\n
