OilWear® measures lubricant contamination, wear, and degradation in real time. The sensor detects particles and bubbles larger than 4 microns, classifying them by size to generate cleanliness codes in accordance with the ISO 4406 standard. In addition, it monitors the condition of the oil, providing information about its degradation and enabling the early identification of wear processes, contamination, or incipient failures in critical machinery.
