Warranty Terms

  • Atten2 products are covered by a 24-month warranty. Extended warranties can be arranged upon request.
  • If a product fails within the warranty period, it may be:
    • Replaced with a new or equivalent repaired product.

Warranty Disclaimer

  • Returns are accepted only for defects caused by manufacturing or assembly faults.
  • The warranty does not cover:
    • Defects from accidents, misuse, or improper maintenance.
    • Equipment used outside intended applications.
    • Consequential damages.
    • Non-product equipment like power supplies or cables unless defective on arrival.

Exclusions

  • Warranty is void if:
    • “No Problem Found” (NPF) diagnosis is confirmed. Customers are advised to consult Atten2 Tech Support beforehand.
    • Damage results from natural disasters.
  • If a product repaired by Atten2 fails for the same reason within six months, the repair is free unless misuse or external causes are involved.

Out-of-Warranty Repairs

  • Customers will receive a repair quotation for out-of-warranty products.
  • If the quotation is declined, customers can opt to have the device returned at their expense or scraped.

All warranties depend on proper storage, installation, operation, and maintenance of products according to their written specifications.
