The Rugged Smart Monitoring Kit has been specifically designed for heavy and/or mobile machinery applications. This complementary plug&play kit is compatible with any hydraulic system, whatever the make or design. Equipped with the advanced Atten2 OilWear 2.0 sensor, the RSMK offers precise particle counts according to ISO or NAS standards, while also detecting bubbles and recognising shapes and oil degradation. It includes a flow condition solution to monitor operating conditions, irrespective of the fluid dynamics. Wireless communication is conducted via a 3G / 4G gateway. The Rugged series has been designed to withstand the most extreme impact and vibration conditions. Its stainless steel housing guarantees protection against water and dust (IP66 and IK10), offering durability and reliability in any environment.
