OilHealth®
An inline optical sensor that accurately monitors lubricant oil degradation, assessing wear and contamination over its lifespan. By reducing frequent oil changes, it contributes to sustainability and environmental care. Its probe design allows direct installation on the lubrication system or oil reservoir, without requiring a bypass. It resolves any issue in real-time through its connectivity, integrating with SCADA/PC/PLC systems or even CMS.


By significantly extending the useful life of lubrication oil, OilHealth® reduces the number of oil changes, and hence overall operational cost.
OilHealth® comes with full SCADA/PC/PLC integration through digital communications. It is also compatible with a CMS.
