Return Policy

Return Material Authorization (RMA)

This Return Policy applies to general Atten2 customers. For specific inquiries, please contact your Sales Representative.

RMA Authorization:

  • All returns must be authorized with an RMA number issued by Atten2.
  • To obtain an RMA, complete and submit the form available on the Atten2 website.
  • Returns without an RMA number will be rejected.

Validity:

  • RMA numbers are valid for 60 days from the issuance date. Customers must return the product within this period.

Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including outbound freight for out-of-warranty products. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Atten2 is not liable for loss or theft during transit. Use a trackable shipping method.

Material Specifications:

  • Only items listed in the RMA request can be returned. Additional items will be returned at the customer’s expense.

Repair Report:

  • Products returned to Atten2 include a “Repair Report” detailing the results of the repair.

Custody of Products:

Products under repair will be retained for three months while awaiting customer response to a repair quotation. Customers will receive a notification before the retention period expires. Failure to respond within this period will result in the closure of the RMA and product return at the customer’s expense.

Custom Orders:

  • Custom orders are non-returnable and non-cancellable.

Atten2 reserves the right to revise this policy without notice.

Packaging:

  • Products must be appropriately packaged, preferably in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for ensuring proper packaging for warranty returns.
  • The use of non-conforming packaging materials, especially non-reusable plastics, may result in additional charges due to customs regulations and the Special Tax on Non-Reusable Plastic Packaging, in force in Spain since January 1, 2023. This tax applies to non-reusable plastic packaging, with a rate of €0.45 per kilogram of non-recycled plastic content.
  • To avoid these charges and comply with environmental regulations, we strongly encourage the use of paper and cardboard packaging.
  • Only the device should be returned, without any accessories, and accompanied by a printed copy of the RMA form.

Customer data is processed in compliance with GDPR regulations. Data will only be used for warranty and service-related purposes. Customers agree that the information submitted is accurate and complete. Data storage and security follow the same standards applied in our HubSpot forms, ensuring transparency and compliance.
