Over time, factors such as dirt accumulation, environmental changes, or external damage can affect sensor accuracy. That’s why we offer the following services:

  • Product Maintenance: Verification, recalibration, and cleaning to ensure sensors operate optimally and provide reliable data.
  • Issue Resolution: Fast and effective solutions in case of failures or technical problems with the sensor.

How to Proceed?

To request maintenance or report an issue, simply fill out the contact form we provide. In the Case Type field, select:

  • Product Maintenance: For verification, recalibration, or sensor cleaning.
  • Issue: For any technical problem or unexpected situation related to the sensor.

Once you submit the form, you will receive a case code (RMA) generated by our technical team to track your request. By submitting the form, you automatically accept our return policy.
